I just made this and I'm eating it right now. Oh my goodness, it is so delicious! Just got an insta pot today and it was my very first attempt at using it and I'm so pleased. Thank you for all your tips because I'm a newbie and I really appreciated the details!
Hi. Thanks for your recipes. I have a question for you. Not sure if you are up for the challenge but if you have IBS it is helpful to eat a low FODMAP diet. I can't seem to find any instant pot low FODMAP recipes. If you feel inspired to try I would love that and I am sure there are many people out there that would appreciate it too.
Hi Ashlee, can i just put in 6 tbsp of coconut oil instead ??? and secondly, for the coconut water, you said 1 can --- what is the ounces of the can ?? like 1 small can or 1 large can ??? thank you so much! Subscribed.
Thank you for the great recipe! Does the type of coconut oil (extra virgin / virgin) make a difference - what’s your preference? Keep up the great work! New subscriber. 😊
I make curry almost weekly too. I have a different electric pressure cooker so I don’t get burn notes and I can do it in two steps. I like to add chickpeas carrots and at the peas in addition to what you’ve got here I use pretty much the same spices sometimes I’ll put a whole cinnamon stick and anise star bay leaves just depends what I have lol I love the spice of good curry. Sometimes I also make it like a biriani and put my rice in the pot for the last step with an extra cup of broth either way it’s an awesome dish
You did an amazing job. I am going to try this next weekend. I make my instant pot suppers on the weekend. :). Thanks so much for sharing. I just subscribed.
This looks awesome and I’m gonna make it but after making a list of things I need I realized there’s no curry of any kind in this dish but it’s called curry. I’m confused.
As a newbie I was hoping this would help but as with many instructional videos assumptions are made about what people know and don't know. You lost me, several times, with "deglazing" because you assumed whatever deglazing is was common knowledge for everybody. Nope.

Oh I almost forgot my secret ingredient I use diced tomatoes drained and a table spoon of tomato paste but I usually use ketchup lol
Hello, could the potatoes be substituted for radish, I am on Keto.
Think I’d skip the potatoes if I’m putting it over rice. Maybe put a veggie in instead like broccoli or something. Looks great !
That would be a good idea to, thank you!

Does this freeze well?
I've never tried, as a batch is barely enough for my family. But I would think so.
Looks great would possible to cook it longer and used frozen chicken thighs?
yes, I do thaw thighs for 8 mins and frozen thighs for 11
Simple she said.

Great recipe but should it be 2teaspoons not 2 Tablespoons of salt 🤔🤔🤔
Thank you, salt can be done to taste, you can put in only 2 teaspoons if you would like:)
What happened to your left shoulder? I see a cure
I got in a little moped accident but it is doing much better now:)

She literally explains what deglazing is while she's doing it. Minute 2:48. Maybe actually watch the video?
