In this video I use the very sensitive adjustment mechanism on the JET JJP-12 to set the infeed jointer bed as close to coplanar as possible to the outfeed table.

I just got one of these machines, and I am having a heck of a time making the tables coplaner and level to the blades,
When you adjusted the outfeed table, did you have the outfeed table lever (the lever to adjust height of the outfeed table) all the way in the upright position, or was the lever in the downward position? I have probably spent around 15 hours trying to adjust this mess and I cannot seem to get it right. I don't know what the back set screws adjust versus the front ones. They seem to both mess everything up.

I got rid of that machine last summer. I am pretty good at setting machines up but I could not keep it running right.

@@AskWoodMan After everything you've gone through with the machine, setting up and using it until you got rid of it, would you recommend this machine for the price? I think it is about $2700 as of today.
