It seems like you are over tightening the chain. As you are measuring 43mm under angle wheres in user manual the measurement is taken from shortest route from arm to chain.
What do you mean by shortest route from arm to chain? The guy he is referencing on the video explains this pretty well and feels correct to me... ua-cam.com/video/Np3eiGk26K0/v-deo.html
Absolutely no nothing about chain myself, what tool is need to either tighten the chain or make it loose. Or if the chain is too loose, should I just replace with new chain
I posted a link in the description of a great video on exactly how do adjust it on our bike. You can also youtube "How to adjust chain tension on Trident 660", his video will pop up.
My dad chopped his thumb off from last joint many years ago. He had engine running and clutch drag was slowly spinning the wheel. We should always think what can go wrong in all tasks.

Love the Bible verse part, nice addition to the channel, God bless! ❤
It’s really easy to remove chain guard. Makes it so much easier.
Can you do a video on air filter change and valve adjustment?
What a pleasant surprise to get a Bible verse!! In these times where the world is running from God it is much appreciated! God bless!!
God bless you! Thanks for the kinds words.

I havent cleaned it for 3000, maybe time to do it:D also tension is fine
can you turn on the bike to the wheels spin automatically while doing this ?

Just need two wrench’s to adjust the tension. Check the video I shared at the bottom of the description of this video.
My question is.... with the Trident having an o-ring chain, won't the cleaner damage the o-rings.... I've been told it will
I haven’t had any issues, obviously it’s important to wash and dry and cleaner off completely.
God Bless you!
God bless 🙏🏼
The bible verse is a nice way to finish. Good to know there are Christians out there riding bikes. God bless.
