Thanks Magnar.... I immediately looked up Caticlan for MSFS2020. Long runways now unfortunately :) But still an interesting flight to do someday! Horafushi will definately become a virtual destination soon :)

Hello Magnar, greetings from Brazil! 1 - Apart from the feel from the wind and resistence, how do you compare the hand flying of msfs ATR and the real one? Is it close?
2 - Would you say that flying mainly short flights like ATRs flights usually are is more tiring than medium and long flights?
3 - Is there a way to ask the airline to be stationed at a fix base? If there is, what is required to do so?
Thanks for the videos, you have an awesome channel

Hi Magnar, I don't now if this question has already been asked. I recently took off (or at least I tried to...) from Bolzano Airport (Rw01) and crashed into a building right behind the runway because I didn't gain altitude fast enough. How do I know for given conditions if the runway is long enough for a safe take off? I do know those performance charts from GA aircraft. They propably exist for the ATR too. But I'd rather use a software for the calculation 😏

Can you explain the use of Back Course and its procedure on how to use it? I cant find it on any ATR manual so i'm curious.

Hi Magnar, after decending below the clouds on an ILS do you follow the PAPI or the glideslope for the final part of the approach? What if they aren't exactly aligned?
