POTATO TRIANGLE SNACKS RECIPE | POTATO NUGGETS | TRIANGLE NUGGETS | EGGLESS | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
3-4 POTATOES
CUT THE POTATOES
BOIL POTATOES
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
PEEL THE SKIN
MASH THE POTATOES
2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
½ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSPN OREGANO
½ TSPN BLACK PEPPER POWDER
½ TSPN SALT
3 TBSP MOZZARELLA CHEESE
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
MIX WELL
TAKE SOME MIXTURE
PRESS AND MAKE TRAINGLE SHAPE
CUT IN TO PIECES
TAKE SOME VERMICELLI
BREAK IN TO PIECES
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
¼ TSPN SALT
¼ TSPN BLACK PEPPER POWDER
¼ CUP WATER
DIP IN TO CORNFLOUR MIXTURE
COATED WITH VERMICELLI
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 10 MIN.
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
