That is inevitable. Haitian armies take bribes every single day, and the Kenyan armies do the same thing in their own country. We can expect that a percentage of this army is just as crooked as the people that they are trying to defeat. Hopefully, only a low percentage of them are like this. Who knows. At this point, things can't get much worse. It can only get better.
