I’ve been competing for lil over 8 years so no, not self thought I had great coach throughout my boxing career. My elbow is not outside. I’m switching my stance to high guard after every punch to avoid getting caught with overhand punch. You must been thought to stand flat footed which is very WRONG Sir. Yet if you can make something work that’s not completely orthodox than more power to you. Yet how about not flaring elbow, chin tucked, shoulder Rotated in front to protect your jaw, proper weight transfer when jabbing?

You can’t talk in camera with your head down, im shooting a video ofc head finna be up once in the while, im not training I’m making a tutorial video at the moment. As elbow if you look at any of my shirtless videos, you’ll see I have bit lat. so it’ll always gone look like my elbow is outside instead of tucked in. I’m naturally a skinny person my lats is what makes me appear bigger than I actually am. I wouldn’t be trying to teach something that I don’t understand. Most importantly I wouldn’t teach anything that doesn’t work. How about you how many bout do you have?
