Ah, you use iMovie. Interesting, the M2 iPad Pro editing in DaVinci Resolve, with a light color grade/correction and 2 transition effects, a 9-10 min 4K ProRes video will render in less than 4-5 min. 🤔

I recently went through this process too, opted for the MacBook Air m3 15inch 16gb ram 1T storage. It’s cheaper than the iPad Pro and more of a workhorse for what I need it for (photo editing, writing, personal finance, personal website, studying, video editing, graphic design etc) I’ll get an iPad Air 13inch eventually or maybe even an iPad Pro, but right now I can’t afford it!
