This car is a freaking financial product, because it will definitely appreciate in value over time.
It will take many, many years for them to recoup their initial depreciation. Production numbers are simply too high, and too many people keeping them low mileage to have them truly be a collector car until maybe 40-50 years from now.
Bullshit you can find base 17 gt350 for 68K here in Canada they hold their value g
Nxx M - check Carmax for low mileage examples starting in mid-$40’s for 2016 to mid $50’s for 2017/18.

I love the 2018 Shelby GT-350 and Shelby GT-350R. But the one I really love and want is the 2014 Shelby GT-500 with the 5.8 Liter engine. There are some nationwide available under 1000 miles. Beautiful car. I currently own a 1998 Mustang Cobra, a 1 owner car with 55,000 orinal miles. Love that car but the looks of the 2014 Shelby GT-500 and 2018 Shelby GT-350 and GT-350R is stunning. 👌👌👌👌👌

I left dodge for this car. My SRT 392 Challenger was the 6.4. Everybody has a charger and challenger now and got sick of seeing them. I never understood how you can have a 6.4 but could never break 500 hp but the gt350 is a 5.2 with 526hp.

I love this car SO MUCH. It kind of makes me want to sell a kidney so I can afford to buy one! Ok, maybe that’s a bit over the top but I really ache to get one of these!!! Love the color. Love the interior, the sound and the practicality. I could fit the whole Crüe in this thing if need be and it has a really useable trunk. I would Daily this thing!

Ok...watched tons of video's about the Shelby GT-350 but still curious about something. There is a round hole that is forward of the speaker towards front of each door. Each door has this hole. It appears the hole makes a connection on an attachment on side of the dash. Is this for some kind of air movement inside the door or is it used to boost the bass for the speaker? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Gt350r has flames showing up from the exhaustion, does gt350 have it as well?
WeRnIS You need a specific exhaust setup to spit flames for the GT350R and GT350.

Can someone please tell me all the differences between 2017 /2018 /2019 model of the GT350. The color palette is clear to me. Somehow the GT is variable in terms of what equipment concerns.
2017 and 2018 are the same aside from colors. The 2019 has a redesigned front end, adjustable spoiler, and Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
2019 have different rims also, 5 spoke split design which are badass

Is that a pop rod for the hood that I see? That seems cheap on Ford's part man. In some other vids for 2017 models, there is no pop rod ? Did they change that for 2018 and beyond ?

Thanks. I'm fortunate to own a few vehicles so drive my 2014 Silverado w/ 24k miles or now my 2017 VW Touareg Wolfsburg Edition w/ 4k miles more so. Get this - I also have a 1998 Jaguar XK8 Convertible in ocean blue, navy top and beige / brown interior w/ 12.5k miles and always garaged...like new condition.

Michelin Pilot Super Sports. For newer ones, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2’s. MPSS work quite well if you ask me

NO promises on the 500 LOL but we are sticker on 350's and Raptors most other dealers are still atleast 5k bump....

I bought my '16 used this year with 1,950 miles on it. In the owner's manual binder there was a "Dealer Added Equipment" tag from 2016 showing a "Market Adjustment" of $25,000 bring the total price to $83,345. Whether or not the original owner actually paid that I have no idea. I paid around fifty.
Either way it seems the run on them is over. They should (hopefully :p) hold their resale value well though people that paid those dealer markups may have a very long wait to recoup their money.

penny pinching Ford as usual, my Fiesta ST is rusting out and it's only a late 2015 model. Back to the Stang, I think if they also shortened up the clutch throw to make it similar to the Camaro/Challenger, it would be much easier to heel and toe as well.

I've read about a lot of GT350's having trouble with the engine. Its difficult to tell if the owners of the troubled cars did not break in the engines correctly, or if there is an inherent problem with the design or a problem with how they're manufactured. I love what the GT350 represents - quick, fast, handling, braking - all with a great sounding naturally aspirated motor. I am concerned about the reliability.

Gold Pony it’s does deserve it own vid for sure, I’m a big Shelby enthusiast. But regarding the butt dyno, there’s no difference. The no ac, ect only punishes the driver for he’ll have to pay extra to get that back. I like the seat deletes tho

I don't understand this comment but Germans should make performance cars for the common man rather than marketing them to those in the upper class. Why buy an M4 if a Camaro SS or Mustang GT can perform as well at a reduced cost?
Robertas S. I think we’re on the same frequency, more or less. As a European I prefer to drive European cars, but that became increasingly more difficult. The M3, M4 cars are simply to expensive and they hold value pretty well. So, if the working man wants to buy an actual Sportscar....he is “condemned “ to shop American brands. Because of the amount of financial profits, at the buying price, the American sportscars is an interesting affair. But by the time you have a big N/A V8 going 8000/rpm it becomes clear that you gonna end up in the same price bracket as the M3 because of the money that goes in taxes, and taxes in disguise, imposed by the Government. Wich is a sad thing, because we actually would loooooooooove to drive a Mustang, certainly in one of the more “beefie”-versions....but the taxation makes it too expensive.
If only the Germans were still giving some resistence with n/a V6-, V-8, V10- engines....but no, over here the Turbo’s rule.

Slower than the Mustang GT with the 10 - speed automatic to 60, no digital dash, and no Sync 3 . You better be all about the track if you buy this one.
To me no digital dash was a plus. I have the tech pack and Sync 3 though (2016 model). This obviously isn't a car people buy for an infotainment system but the postage stamp size one in the base model is kinda sad for a car of this price. The 10-speed GT is quicker to 60 but I'm a purist when it comes to transmissions and will happily give up a tenth or two to shift it myself.
This is a GT350, who cares about all these infotainment nonsenses....
I don't but if you're gonna have one I'd rather it be nice. I don't use it but the Cobra power off graphic is kinda cool :) I bought this used and the base one certainly wouldn't have been a deal-breaker. My other car is an '03 G35 with none of that nonsense, and that's exactly what it is, and on top of that a potential driver distraction.
If you are paying a premium price, you should be getting a premium car inside and out. Why not just throw in the Sync 3 standard as well as other luxury items. If we keep letting the manufacturers get away with it, things will never change. The bailouts only did so much to get the manufacturers here to improve what they put out. I for one don't want to go back to how shitty cars were back in 06'-08'

Good that it has a rear camera...should be automatic when backing up. :P And no front camera? No front obstacle detect? Nor rear? NO 360 camera, No "Auto Park Assist"...basically it SHOULD hve all the tech available on the 2018 F150/Explorers. For a car in this price range. Nothing should be missing. Even if this is Ford's "Shelby" sports car.
Maybe Ford will do better in the upcoming 2020 GT500 Mustang.
