Yeah, only in Brazil and Argentina do can you still see those, "bowl" type football stadiums now. Benfica's ground, too. But the all-standing stadiums must have had an unreal atmosphere, more like a gladiatorial arena.

@@GordonCaledonia Safety initiatives after the 1971 Ibrox Disaster, prompted a review of Hampden Park and the capacity was reduced to about 85,000.

Olympiakos v Rangers in November will be an amazing game, I'm sure, crazy atmosphere in that stadium.

122,000 is mental, but there were bigger attendances, up to 149,000 at the old Hampden.
