I've done this before, cutting it at a repetitive part and pasting that to extend a song. Ended up being pretty seamless. However I hadn't considered making a song shorter this way! Usually I just fade out, but you've made me realise that I can do it better - in a way that means the song finishes properly. Thanks! Very well presented video, too.

Hi, so I use Create A New Video in Windows 10 and it works fine except I can't figure out how to lengthen the music. I've tried different things and the only thing that works is if I shorten the amount of each picture on the slide. Do you know how to lengthen the music in that? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I'm really not trying to be rude, but listening to you speak is a bit like reading text with no punctuation. You hardly seem to take a breath, or leave gaps for one piece of information to be absorbed by the listener, so it all comes out in a long, fast rush. Not ideal for learning (and trust me, I've been teaching at universities for 40 years). Breathe, leave gaps and the educational value will be much greater.
