Another great idea/recipe for the griddle, the sauces you teach us are super. Duke's is a staple now for so many different uses. You and CJ just blast the flavor with them, using thighs, I think, is a much better flavor "chicken choice" choice as well. Your recipes are spot on for the true power of the griddle.
I tried Dukes mayo because it seems everyone on Blackstone sites promotes it but honestly I was not getting the hype. Hellmans today, tomorrow and forever. 😁
