I so much like them like I do the Koreans. Whatever they do is exceptional. Their engineering marvels. Oh when I think of Watch Man Née -as a very dedicated - sold out Born Again child of God (an inspiring selfless Christian) you will agree that they are too much and inspire in everything. Maybe if manufacturing was kept in US, there would be less homelessness and crime. Maybe more pollution, but at least people would have jobs. Now, people who would be perfect for this sort of work, are bored and resort to drugs.

I feel sad watching this....once upon a time, America were full of factories w/ such dedicated and skilled people, but now, only the very high tech manufacturing remains. I also understand "why" so many westerners do NOT want to do this kind of work, it's very hard, tedious, and difficult to "transfer" to other industries/careers. Literally, takes 3 yrs minimum to get the hang of it, another 3 yrs to be versatile/skilled, then you are stuck w/ it for life. What's happening to China due to western sanctions have left many hard working lifers within the low/mid end manufacturing in the dust bin, no different than American machinists/manufacturing workers who were left to rot during the 60-80's when these same jobs were shifted out overseas....
A lot of detailed work for a relatively cheap item. Just figure out the process of sourcing material, matching the color, mixing it and moulding into the shape, then dressing it up. Each step of the way,, a thorough QA inspection before the next step. Someone has to show Trump the reality of bringing back manufacturing in his MAGA policy. The delusion is that he is caught in a bind. Low end manufacturing like these ones are impossible due to labor cost even for the internal market let alone globally. High-end tech requires big investments for the foundry and knowledge to manufacture as well as the abiliity to scale up in a short hi-tech market cycle.
Go study the Industrial Revolution in Britain. You can't stop other parts of the world from developing. Safety standards are much better than100 years ago.
