I knew about this, but I use it in a different way. As you can use it maneuver in Smash challenge courses in areas where a character needs to crawl. They instead can do what I call pseudo-crawl. Some characters can forward roll and buffer a reverse dtilt to face the way they rolled, then buffer another roll under a small opening.
