- Another short vid from our short trip to Tasmania in November 2021. This was a great opportunity for some Father/Son man-bonding time doing what we both love. Building that close relationship that will last a lifetime!

This is one of Tassie's 60 Great Walks - the Cape Hauy Trail from Millstream Campsite, Fortescue Bay Tasman National Park. Hope this gives you an idea of what to expect!

love the ending! lol
Battery died at that point, so my idea what to composite a bunch of random clips of mouths together to say something silly like "Batteri Aziz" (battery empty)... then I realized it would be more work than eventual reward, so I just stuck to the first clip I found of chicky-babe eating banana. I'm getting lazy...😏
Just beautiful!! Can’t wait to get there one day soon !!
You'd love it.... So much for hikers there!
Part of the 3 Capes walk. One I'll do eventually. Spectacular views. I think that was the Candlestick you pointed out. A popular rock climbing location along with the Totem Pole.
Yes, we only had time to do the one.... would have loved to do the others. Candlestick...yes, that would make sense. I know a lot of people kayak through or around that canal. I also noticed a number of overnight hikers doing the 3 capes would leave their backpacks at a seating area just before heading down and up the main stairway track to the lookouts. Seemed to be what they do rather than lug around a big backpack with them.
That's awesome man!!!! I'll add that to the list. I think i may have a bit of a problem though, because every time you showed a cliff, all i could think of was, "Can i abseil that???" Hahaha. Also great to see you and Jacob on your adventures together. He's a lucky lad to have a dad like you.
Thanks mate - appreciate that. Well, you are an abseiling pro now!
@@jelbuilderfilms Not quite at pro level yet, got a long way to go. LoL
for some reason @2:45 are the views I love the most, just seeing the trail ahead "what lies ahead" is just makes you want to hike it! not to mention the nice ocean views =)..
Exactly, same here! I loved that bit too
It's like Mt Barney and all the false summits!! at least this lookouts have really nice views!
Nice, and no people around 😉
NO PEOPLE!!....haha...well, not that I showed on camera on this one, lol.
