This is a good recipe! Just know its not soul food/southern mac. We dont make a cheese blend it’s usually custard like with milk and cheese and we bake like that. Just for anyone not familiar.

It looks too slimy and juicy. Mac n cheese is supposed to have a bit of crunch to it. This looks more like smush than crunch.

@@oogiegoogie2826 the type that has browning on the top and sprinkled shredded cheese throughout. Not juicy cheese, shredded cheese that melts in the oven or in the microwave.
It's not supposed to look like orange juice is being poured on your noodles.

@@nicolerh Mac and cheese is typically made with a cheese sauce, not just shredded cheese. There might be some unincorporated shredded cheese but that’s not usually all there is. If I got Mac and cheese and it was literally just pasta and shredded cheese I’d want my money back.
