FYI, the CCLEX (Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway), also known as the Cebu-Cordova Bridge or the Cebu Third Bridge is an 8.9 km Toll bridge expressway, it's the longest and the tallest bridge in the Philippines. CCLEX is a 35 Billion mega project owned and funded by a Private Corporation by MPTC (Metro Pacific Tollway Corporation). Toll Fees from 90 to 270 pesos and 60 for motorcycles. It is the longest sea-crossing bridge in the Philippines, surpassing the 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) San Juanico bridge between Samar and Leyte. The CCLEX is 5-times longer than the san juanico bridge, and significantly dwarfing the San Juanico bridge. CCLEX is a first of its kind in the Philippines. The iconic CCLEX is a project of the Local Government of Cebu. A project of MPTC in partnership with the municipality of Cordova in Mactan and the City of Cebu, and not a national government project.
