Going to Rock Steady Boxing and working out at home help me most of all. Im one of the youngest of our group but we all have different strengths and weaknesses which shows us to adapt . Sometimes it easy to take advice from someone dealing with the same issues. Most of all we have fun and laugh a lot!
Unfortunately we don’t learn much from the doctors, it was hard for my husband and I to find a doctor who diagnosed him with Parkinson’s disease We have been seeing this neurologist for 3 years and now I feel like the doctor is losing interest in my husband case, I remember an appointment with him that my husband refused to do physical therapy and the doctor got very upset. Parkinson’s desease is brutal 😢
