- Check out this Mandala painting tutorial on canvas that I painted with reds and golds. To me, this canvas represents a lot. I feel like the beautiful center is emerging from the chaos of the outer mandalas to begin to bloom. I feel like that's my life right about now and its been a long time coming. I hope you like it and give it a try.
I did mix every one of my paints, except the base and black, with either Flow Aid or Slow-Dri. My heaters are creating a very dry atmosphere in here and the DecoArt Tuscan Red is one you need to watch for cracking. I've got videos below and all sorts of links that will take you to the products you may want to buy for this project. Good luck. This one took me over 7 hours to complete.

I love the reds and golds, and the unique shapes. It’s like some kind of royal upholstery!You had me until you added the avocado and black at the end.
LOL…. It’s like you had me at hello until you said avocado 😂 I was trying so hard to tone it down just a bit. I love black top dots but they really aren’t a crowd favorite. You could always leave them out or swap the colors. It’s always a craps shoot if I’m going to pick the right colors. I struggle with that. I’m so glad you liked most of it ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you ♥️

Gorgeous! You have such bold designs, and they always turn out great. Right now, I'm stuck on the 2nd to the last round on a 12 inch round wood piece. Just not sure how to make it NOT look exactly like the rest but not incongruous either. Sigh. (I know I'll come up with something) You make it look so easy. 😉

At about 15:16 it looks like you sprayed something that eliminated all of the bubbles. What was it you sprayed?
Hey there… it’s an artists torch. A butane torch. I use it for resin and popping bubbles.
