Crispy delicious CUCUMBERS for the WINTER.

🥒 Cucumbers are crispy and tasty. Store well at room temperature (in a dark place). I have been using this recipe for over 10 years. I also use cucumbers for winter salads
INGREDIENTS:
For 1 liter jar:
* 550-600 g cucumbers
* 1 tbsp. l. salt
* 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
* 4 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%
* dill umbrellas (or seeds)
* 5-7 carrot slices
* 3 cloves of garlic (or onion)
* 5 black peppercorns
* 1 laurel leaf
* 1 leaf of currant (or cherry)
