I have a hard time reading British literature of this period, I can’t even get through Dickens. But I enjoy these tv shows made from the books. Thanks for posting.
I saw the version with Emily Watson during the 90s. As much as I enjoyed it, I was so moved by such a tragic ending. Emily Watson was beyond brilliant!!! Great performances all round.
I am quite jealous of anyone about to read this fantastic novel. If you guys enjoyed Mill On the Floss, check out Mary Barton (by Elizabeth Gaskell). She gives Maggie Tulliver a serious run for her money!
I certainly tuned into this video for Jonathan Scott-Taylor after seeing him play the best performance of Damien Thorn in Damien: Omen 2. Another was for Georgia Slowe as the mischievous Maggie Tulliver. I enjoyed the scenes where she constantly annoyed her mother.
The school gave me a book which is " The mill on the floss " " by George Eliot " its an project that I should summarize the whole story , and it contain 140 pages 💀, how I can finish it💀
Hi just started to watch this remember it the first time round, yes I am that old 50 actually, someone mentions a Damien in this but didn't the actor that plays Tom play Damien in the Omen 2 as a teenager probably not long after this was made maybe they should look for a group of three sixes in his crown area on his head he played Damien very well he had that demonic look about him just like the original child did.

People make fun of me because I am 14 and I watch old shows and movies and talk with perfect grammer most of the time.
Be happy within yourself. People who make fun of you are not your friends. Stick with those who don't.
your right

You're*

I came here eager to see both too!
I love the one who plays Damien
Same
Here for Johnathan Scott Taylor
Is Damien there in this episode, mine age is same as Jonathan Scott Taylor.
they cut out a few bits from the book, like Tom was supposed to help Maggie cut her hair
Loathed the book which was our eng. Lit. Exam. I revisited it decades later to see if a more mature attitude would help. It didnt.
l am reading this in my English book

What is the problem? Read the book, then summarize it, that's all. BTW, if it has only 140 pages, it is already a shortened version.

Is that Daisy from Keeping up Appearances ?
Well spotted V8 👍, I recognised the voice before the face.
Maggie is my spirit animal
Antichrist Fox jaja oki.
Nice story
I can't got story in hindi
is it the same as the book, or its a bit different?
is it the same as the book?
Subtitles in Dutch are good to learn the language indeed
So world like to read for someone pretending to be someone else that hilarious
I think Maggie cut her hair by the help of his brother Tom
I hated this book when I was made to read it at school --- I don't like it any better since it's been put onto microfilm.
I read it for A-levels. I rather liked it, though I preferred "Middlemarch".
What did you dislike about it?
But i luv maggie hair
i had a chapter based on this and i loved it and i hope that the hair of maggie ar fake
She and her bro died ?☺
I hope the actress playing Maggie is wearing fake hair - the lady is really getting into combing it - a little to enthusiastically!
Tom is a mean
Why would they die together? Why not just one of them so he/she could learn from their mistakes ?
"In their death they were not divided."
Thank you so much
