Hi Sara, 讓我在這裡稍作補充。我原先隔埠留了一套2300平方尺的大單位，面向雙子塔，去年來KL實地參後立即退掉了！原因如下： 1. 大樓和雙子塔太接近，實為缺點！雙子塔及其商場為遊客景點，繁囂兼人流品流複習； 2. 對開一帶交通長期擠塞，開車出入極不方便； 3. 和星加坡的 Le Nouvel 不一樣，星加坡出自同一建築師的 Le Nouvel 外牆以白色為主，外牆再添加天然植物，既貴氣又優雅；KLCC這個位於眾(比它)高樓大廈中的 Le Nouvel 卻用了深沉的外牆色調，黑不黑啡不啡，極不起眼，貴氣就更不用說了； 4. 外牆金钃植物棚架給人一種尚未完工還在興建的感覺； 5. 可能因外牆用真植物的原故，晚上外牆也不敢多開照明射燈，恐怕植物枯死，本身樓宅已不高，晚上建築物還死氣沈沈，全無豪宅感； 6. 樓宇沒有華麗的大堂，只在頂層停車場看更亭旁的(自己)手推半腰鐵閘入內； 7. 大街(南亞?)保安不懂英語 (I was already using very simple British English with no foreign accent)； 8. 停車場為半開放式設計，風吹雨打會加速名車折舊； 9. 樓宅設計沒有用住客角度想(這是吉隆坡的通病，有待改進)：最大單位大門入口最窄最小氣，旁邊最細單位大門入口最豪最寬！ 10. 入屋雙子塔景實為單子塔景(因大廈其實面向雙子塔側面，雙塔重叠了！) 11. 因太接近雙子塔，景觀實為近距離的玻璃幕牆景，和一般商廈無異； 12. 發展商竟把兩側的無敵落地大玻璃用印上奶白色熱帶樹葉的貼幕在外永久貼上遮檔！(有需要户主不懂安裝紗簾嗎?); 13. 在短短的實地參觀中，電梯竟急跌了數層。而同行發展商代表竟若無其事，尤如司空見慣般！ 14. 泳池和荷花池相連接，衛生有所保留；設計色調亦陰沉； 15. 空中連接天橋實際沒有眾宣傳影片中大，會所小而設施亦頗一般； 16. 同行發展商代表竟親口對我說樓盤並沒有像我這樣的海外買家買，真坦白，那我還應買嗎！？
i've seen the building right after it was completed and predicted that it was going to be a massive pain in the ass job to maintain the external plants...the architect was too dumb for not seeing this as an issue in the future and the developer was even more dumber for approving the design
Actually the plants are blooming with flowers, right in front of the unit windows. Fantastic add to the experience to have colourful flowers and plants in front o f you, while enjoying the twin towers view.
Hahaha your view wont be block except you have the tallest twin tower in the world beside ur unit.lol Twin Tower is nicer to see from afar.but if im super billionaire. This will be my collection
