Hi from 1 - 10 how about the noise from motorist or performance car that often show off in Jalan Ampang during long weekend or festive season? I live at Jalan Mayang omg the sound at night during weekend very terrible even I already close all windows. My place is 6 over 10 in term of noise. Lower scale lead to more less noise/sound proof.
Thank you for the tour. I would stay away from this building because of the exterior plants. They will charge owners tons of maintenance fees just to preserve them.
