    Shout out to Ms Kelly for giving me a private tour around this ultra exclusive project in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. For arrangement of appointments, kindly reach out to her at +60 12-266 0695.
    Located right next to Suria KLCC, Four Seasons private residences is just not iconic in terms of brand, it's also iconic in location. The selling price took everyone by surprise back then when it was launched several years back.
    After going through series of check points, that experience of coming home is just impeccable. From the staff, to the design touches, to the scent, then the sense of security are just wonderful, especially this unit with the private lift.
    The materials, specifications of appliances, construction details used are top notch. But it just lacks that 'wow' factor because this particular unit was not maintained and it's bare furnished. My favourite area would be the bathrooms as they are just like the ones in their hotel. But I just don't understand the tiny and heavy window opening of the curtain wall system.
    At this price range, it's no longer about ROI or capital appreciation. Therefore it's that trophy collection piece that you get to show off to your peers that reflects your level of wealth and success. Also, it's not really designed for local hence most of us are not aware of it's existence. Hence if you're an international buyer, the brand somewhat guarantees the level of construction and finishings in the unit.
    This is such an eye opening experience!!

    Undoubtedly we the ordinary people cannot afford this type of Condo. For the same sq feet, there are many other projects with prices much lower. Shaun is correct, paying for the name and location.

    I would consider it a lousy product even if it was half the price. Just paying for the brand and the address. Some awful design points:
    1. For a 2271sf unit, it has a typical small unit layout with kitchen, dining and living in one row (long rather than wide layout).
    2. Dark dry kitchen and yard with no windows.
    3. Dark master bathroom with just one small window tucked away in one corner.
    4. For a big unit, it doesn't even have a powder room and guests have to share the toilet with the one bedroom.
    5. Awful master bedroom layout with bathroom door directly facing the bedroom door.
    6. No walk in wardrobe layout. Strange old style wardrobe on both sides of the TV.
    7. As pointed out by you, tiny window opening which means you have no choice but to use aircon whole day long.

    I have not followed your review for quite a while now...a bit busy with work. But this one made my mouth wide open....with the selling price of RM7 mil+....wow! Definitely this is the life-style of the rich and famous. For sure I can't afford this, but with your review, at least I can see how the service apartment of the international brand....FOUR SEASONS!     Sean, have you done one at St Regis Residences @ KL Sentral? It would be nice to compare the interior finishing as I expect the price between Four Seasons and St Regis would be about the same range.

    Too bad for those with the view of park due to the eye sore of the halted construction of Fairmont Residence opposite Four Season. But if it's completed, it's even worse as Fairmont will block Four Seasons' view of the park since it will be higher

    If i won a 20mil jackpot, i would buy this for the amazing view and also the huge master bedroom. 😆
    Personally i would prefer the mountain range backdrop view over KLCC
    Not really a fan of the black tiles used for the bathroom, just feels so weird. Maybe it looks better with some lightings on

    Agree, the unit is underwhelming.... RM7mil wei! Invest some lights and make it more interesting for the prospect buyers la, is dark and looks cramp for a 2k sqft unit. And the window with the weird opening orientation....is pretty annoying...KL City on the weekend, early morning...would like to open up the window to breath some fresh air. Anyway, RM7mil...cant afford...Im looking at RM800k per unit....Arata of Tijani at Bukit Tunku!! I believe in terms of location (Bragging rights) Saying you are staying in Bukit Tunku sounds more "WOW" hehehe.

    Great video (except for waving your hand constantly in front of the camera blocking the view out the windows).
    Top notch property. I think unfurnished is better. Remember your review of Pavilion Residences? All furnished the same (and IMHO boring Old People’s tastes). At least the owners here can express their own tastes. And the deck - beautiful.
    A worthy competitor to Le Nouvel across the street (still my favorite).

    Hmm..nice and expansive. Much prefer landed property with some land...can make a small pond for rearing fishes, plant some fruit trees, small plot for herbs..not living in KL though.

      But it's not branded then hahaha. Purchases like this are usually not driven by practicality. Imagine if you have RM 100 mil in your bank account, this is just one of those things you can show off to your friends.

    it looks huge, although doesn’t speak luxury to me . The design seems quite boring and a bit cheap ...maybe the prize is on the luxury side but everything comes out wrong

    I am waiting coronavirus pandemic to be over, so I can afford to stay with AirBnB here. Big scale of conventions will be held around December every year at KL Convention Center, which many from overseas will come and accommodate over here.

      A lot of great hotels in KLCC at very reasonable rates too - I stay in Bukit Bintang and use the covered walkway to come to KLCC.

      I’m one of the owners of this condo. If I’m not wrong Airbnb isn’t allowed for this condo which it shouldn’t be. We owners really hate those unknown Airbnb people come in and out and walking inside building all the time. Many of luxury condos don’t accept Airbnb like rits Carlton residence as well(I also own unit there) to keep their privacy and brand. But I hate sometimes some owners don’t follow the rule and list it on Airbnb without management permission.

      @@carbonerd5935 Thank you for your clarification! From the owner's point of view I understand how you feel when your neighbors using the units for Airbnb purpose. Would be pretty amazing if some of the units are purposely designed for short stay from the permission of management (I not sure how it works but some other properties did that before).       Well, this is definitely one of the highest priced property in Malaysia so don't measure yourself to it. Let's work around our own capabilities first, then work on our potential=)

    Fridge looks tiny compare to unit size. Question what is the monthly management fees ? How many car parks allocated ?

      It has a lock mechanism plus it's very heavy, so safety is not really the concern. I just find the practicality portion a bit weird hahaha.

      I suspect part of the off trend is because of the high cost hahaha. There are lots of tiles printed with marble textures still.
