Cracking day mate….good luck with the workshops…👍🏻👍🏻
Cheers mate it went well. 👍
Looks like you visited at a good time for flow Ian... we must have had some rain just before your visit. I laughed when you said it was quiet - you should have seen it on Monday (Bank Holiday) when I visited - I got a short video on my channel showing the cars. Some excellent shots you had. I would agree with your outgoing message - less flow works a better for me.. if you want to see it in torrent this is a short clip I did a few years ago.. crazy flow. atb Al
Thanks for watching and Commenting Alan. It was getting busier by the time I left. I will check out your video 👍
Beautiful location , and stunning photographs as per your high standards. Thank you for sharing your photos with us all Sir. I’m sure your workshops will go down a bomb.
Thankyou so much
Great adventure, wonderful video and good photography you deserve more views :)
Thankyou for watching 👍
A lovely location Ian - if only we had something like that closer to me. I suppose that at least I have the lighthouse. LOL Good luck with your workshops, I reckon that you make a good teacher.
Thankyou Nick and the Low lighthouse is very popular
Love this vlog Ian. What a great location, you ended up with some lovely shots. Wish I had waterfalls to photograph where I live, unfortunately Norfolk is so flat!!
Bit of a trek for me to be honest but area is great for waterfalls. Several different areas. Thanks 👍
What a beautiful location! I did the Four Falls Walk couple of years ago and have been looking for similar trails in the area. I think this is it. Great video and photos.
Thankyou and definitely worth a look. The Elidir trails are also very good for falls.
This is great! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Obrigado 👍
Stunning waterfalls in that lush greenery. Really like the falls and compositions you chose. The exposures worked well for my taste. Like you I don’t particularly like the very long exposures that create that milky effect on waterfalls.
Congrats on the workshop and I’m sure that’ll go well.
Btw , we visited Lee Bay on Fri 1st Sept for the super high tide at sunset. It was awesome so thanks for the inspiration. 😎👍🏼
Thankyou Chris, yes it was a very enjoyable morning. Good to hear you got to Lee Bay as well. 👍
Hi Ian,
Just come across your UA-cam channel and really enjoying the content, and your style of vlogging. I took early retirement due to Covid and now need to get out more, so bought a z 6ii and 24-200 kit lens. I have added a z MC 50mm lens, for close up images, a set of kase magnetic filters and a tripod. I know I've got a steep learning curve ahead, but looking forward to my retirement hobby. I am at this moment looking back through your back catalogue of videos and stunning images. Keep up the good work, Clive 👍
Thankyou for the feedback Clive and welcome to the channel. I hope you find plenty of content that will be of interest to you. We are all always learning, and the best way is to be out there doing it. Enjoy your retirement.
It's pronounced - Bline U Glin. My backyard as I live in the Rhondda. Great video with excellent shots thrown in. If you head back - remember to set off nice and early - all 20mph in built up areas of Wales now.
Thankyou Ray. My apologies for my Somerset pronunciation 😃 thankyou for watching and I have seen several posts regarding new speeds, not a welcomed move I guess. 🫤
@@IanBarrowPhotographyCheers Ian. All the best.
I have been trying out Photoshop AI & just as an experiment was wondering how it would deal with the tree across the waterfall.. Great video plenty of water, we are off to The Elan Valley soon so hopefully the dams will be working
It removes it very well Robert. The new ai removal is very good. The image on the video has it in so that when you watched video the image would not be different with it removed. For prints or competition entries I would possibly use it with the tree removed, although I still like it in as it captures the actual scene. Have a great time in the Elan valley.
I have only recently signed up for the PS/Light package & have only used the AI Beta for removing people but it seems amazingly good. @@IanBarrowPhotography
