I watched this technique in haikyu which is a popular anime I wanted to try it and watched that scene more than 20 times still I couldn't really get how to do it properly then when I was scrolling reel I saw your reel and I get little bit but that was not enough so I search on you tube and I saw you on UA-cam I was so glad I can't explain to you. It really helped me thankyou very much 😊

Yup! Honestly, most Athletes will do this naturally. Some need a bit more guidance on how to incorporate it

How do you predict to split step once the hitter contacts the ball in fast serves?
