where can i get replacement lungs?

It takes quite some time to change the longs. If you have a large cpr class, value time is lost.

How often would the lungs have to be changed? Unless someone is overinflating the lungs until they explode but they'd have to be pretty incompetent for that to happen. If it's for hygiene reasons you should be using a face shield or a bag valve mask.
