- I started this a month ago but got lazy and finally decided to finish it. Madoka and Homura are neeeext :)
I feel like this is way more improvement than my last one...
I really love Homura and Kyoko as a duo

Out of pairings of the main cast, Homura with Kyoko is by far the most uncommon.
Homura just lets herself be dragged like a kite with no breeze by Kyoko, and I love that dynamic.
Homura’s relationship with Kyoko is more organic than with Madoka where it’s just a one-sided obsession and Madoka idolizing current timeline Homura.

I don't know. After seeing some canon side material, I think I kinda understood the shipping between both Homura and Madoka a little better (and that it is indeed reciprocal). But we saw the show's events from Madoka's perspective mainly, so we don't understand Homura's dedication to her.
@@JabamiLain I can see that now that I've seen the side stories (Homura's previous loops in Madoka Portable) apart from the main series, I totally agree with your sentiment.
@@soc7967 what was your favorite route ? Personally I can't choose one, I wished they had been the main show, each route a new season:
-Season 1 is Mami's route bad version;
-Season 2 is Sayaka's bad version;
-Season 3 is Kyoko's route good version;
-And Homura could be the bad route version, but with the original anime's ending.

6:39 it's very rare to hear Homura speak with such affection and warmth in her voice...its no wonder when shes talking about "warmth and strength", the qualities she admires the most in others. its nice to see an alternate scenario that shows its possible for her to get close to people other than madoka. could you imagine, homura changing her ultimate objective to saving both madoka AND kyoko?
I think she did want to save Kyoko in the show timeline, and was worried about her, but she knew ahe couldn’t change Kyoko’s mind about sacrificing herself.
I feel kyoko is compatible with all the main cast (if you don't count her brutal first encounter with sayaka)

She and Mami are the older sisters/mothers of the group.
Mami is the one who'll take care of you. Kyoko's the one who'll push your limits to see you evolve. Of course she's compatible with all.
I think her campatablity with Sayaka was organic and (Encounter 1 with Sayaka) despite how that very very contenious point in the story it ended up playing well with her relationship with Sayaka so it's cool for characters to like the other girls more than the one chracter, Homura and Madoka, Sayaka and Kyoko and Mami And Madoka, and the very lesser but still breathing Kyoko and Homura which we also see in the Movie when she finds out she's a witch AND Sayaka and Homura when Law of Cycles: Sayaka saves her from her battle with Mami in rebellion..but honestly that was more of Sayaka doing Homura a kindness/Mercy Kill? because if of anyone she understands what it means to be a witch.
I really like the friendship between them lots (sorry shippers, but I'm still Homuka all the way through, especially after seeing the canon side material, that explained the relationship between the two better).
That's why I hope in the upcoming movie, Kyoko acts like some sort of neutral party. Like, she knows what Homura did was at the very least grey and therefore wishes for some sort of peaceful solution.

Unless I didn’t want Homura to be denigrated as much as possible against the background of other characters, and all the other magical girls, on the contrary, were presented as a stronghold of justice.

Seriously, after watching all the relationship max scenes in BP, this one (and the Madohomu one) are by far the best ones, and Homura taking care of Kyoko, even if this one's just fan service, is the most wholesome one of them all. Cries*
Seeing this tsundere duo genuinely saying sincere, sweet words to each other is just.... such a special moment. That's definitely not something easy for both of them to say, and it highlighted their relationship so well. Both of them have been through the harshest of times, they both can sense that and have this unspoken care and respect about each other.
How could their body get sick? Theyre magic.
It depends on their abilities, some girls have superior healing abilities like sayaka so pain and illness doesn't affect them while kyoko can only charm people doesn't get the same benefits. It all depends on their wishes honestly.

Well, acording to the canon, Homura has gone through 100 time resets.
So, the interactions in Battle Pentagram could've happened during some of those.
