Found this so fascinating, had no idea of the swearing in. I am actually descended from George Barnes II, Lord Mayor in 1552. I’m Canadian so found this especially fascinating, thank you!
This is so wonderful!! The coach and horses were so beautiful and stunning. I never knew this happened. The horses are so well trained, unbelievable.Thank you for this beautiful video Sinead.❤️🇨🇦

You rock ! Our mayor should recruit you as the global London ambassador.. your delivery and attention to detail brings interest and colour that the so called Organisations who currently represent London fail to do S
Amen! “Money can’t buy class.” Couldn’t say it any better, Sinead. Love your videos. Found your channel just last year, hooked since then. Thank you for the awesome history of England. I, only recently, that I’m of English and Welsh decent.
Wow!! Spectacular 🤩! I hope we get to see the actual Parade ☺️! Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦! Thank you for your fabulous channel. Love the history ❤️.
Thank You Sinead & James for waking up so early. Loved walking next to the carriage and hearing about the history and traditions of Lord Mayor day. Looking forward to the next one. ☕
Your history knowledge and your dedication to your fans and your channel continues to be outstanding. You always go above and beyond to bring London to us. Doing tours all day and then up in the wee morning to bring us sneak peeks and history lessons!! You are a star💋. I’ll bring the Guildhall book to you when we come to London in December. I think you’ll find it interesting and informative. Can’t wait to see you and experience another private tour with the BEST tour guide in London. Anyone lucky enough to book a tour with you will experience an amazing time. You always exceed all expectations‼️ ❤❤Marie
Sinead love how London keeps discipline and traditions so important and inspiring the past cannot be forgotten.... Blessings and happy thoughts!😇🙏🆒🕺🤳🎭⛲🎉🌈
Oh, what a video... This is another masterpiece of you, my beloved Sinead. I'm dreaming with your next fantastic stories. Kisses from Barcelona, darling. ❤❤❤🏴🏴🏴🏴💋💋💋💋
Wow. The ghost walk is eerie in places. The shire horses are my fav horses as well as the greys. The carriage is stunning. Than you to filming this, great converation and history lesson.
BRILLIANT Sinead (and James)!! Superbly BRILLIANT! I very much appreciate your unselfishness to drag yourselves out of warm beds to head out on a damp, chilly early morning wee hours to show us a "Ghost Parade." LOVE the chatting explanations. Supremely Well Done. So deeply appreciated over here 'across the pond!' Without you two, I would've never seen this in my life. 🥰
I CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF THIS CHANNEL! I could be watching anything else and the second I see Tours-London uploaded, I am watching. Sinead is such a gem.
Loved this, thanks very much.. I'm English, not far from London, actually worked at the Bank of NY just down the road from St Paul's.. but I can't do the crowds.. and what you did here was simply wonderful.. enjoyed the parade Saturday on the TV, this finished it spectacularly.. thanks!!
I have in my mind a perfect little pocket-sized, spiral-bound notebook with laminated pages and detailed images of every uniform, carriage, horse, livery, etc. so if one goes to a parade or Trooping the Colour they can identify and learn about what they are seeing. Does such a thing exist? Seems like James is the person to write one if it doesn’t.
Hi Sinead awesome live video I enjoyed it. How are you doing? I'm doing well and so is my cat Benjamin. All your live history videos are always enjoyable. Have a great day and a great weekend see you next video 😊
"Oranges and Lemons say the bells of St Clements..." can't remember the rest of the rhyme, which relates to the Livery Companies associated with each City church and the tunes the bells chime. A Smithfield pub with a Market License can't smell as bad as Billingsgate ones did. Covent Garden ones must have had the best smell when the Flower Market was there. It was said one could legally drink in London pubs 24/5, not Sunday or Monday, markets not open and late Theatre Licensed pubs couldn't trade into Sunday.
Is it necessary to own a cat? Or a dog? A gerbil, or hamster, a lizard? Calm down honey. These horses are treated like gold. Horses have been a way of transportation years before automobiles, also what chains?
@LinzUA-cam horses are not way of Transport they should be free They look beautiful running freely It's human using them that's abuse and yes they are chains ⛓️ so you calm down I can't see them using cats dogs or lizards? SO what's with the stupid questions 🙄 🤔

My brother is in the parade today
Sean Connery legend 😂😂😂
👏👏👏✌️🧁
Feeling sorry for the horses but I have to say why are they all chained up?
Is it necessary?

Really struggling to understand your colleague Sinead. I feel like his voice is too ' cut glass ' to be fully understood. Sorry mister.
