- What is Rebound Hammer Test?
#Redound hammer is very popular non-destructive testing device.
Rebound #Hammer test is a concrete which provide a convenient and rapid indication of the compressive strength of the surface concrete.
The texture of surface is very important in rebound hammer test as it affects results significantly with smoothness of #test surface.
Why is rebound hammer test conducted?
• To determine probable #compressive #strength of #concrete
• To determine uniformity of concrete
• To make comparison of quality of concrete with standard requirement
• To compare quality of one portion of concrete with another. - Наука та технологія
nice
good work keep it up
Great effort!! Keep going!
Thank you, I will
Thank you very much Really you full in this video....👌🏻😊👌🏻
great video , how do you make the correction for the average rebound value?
can this device be considered when checking hardness of the surface which is related to amount of impact force an object will received upon impact?
example: object free falling on the concrete floor, does the impact force relates to the value measured by this device?
what is the standard deviation for rebound hammer test report?
Yes
what is the unit of Rebound hammer result?
Good, continue
Thank you
@@civiltechnology7022 yeh, but you didnt finish. what does 30 mean?
I need that tool please help me get it
So? we know the average is 30. what does it mean then?
also of note is to look at the chart and relate it to the axis the test was being done.
What grade of concrete you tested ? Is the value in n/mm2
Grade 30/20
Is that why the average is 30? And what if the grade of the concrete is higher than 30/20?
Rebound Value is 30 Ave. What is the converted Compressive strength?
How do you get the converted compressive strength?
you missed some theoretical steps.
ok
ok good
thank you
pass or fail?
Pass :D
@@civiltechnology7022 D means
@@kaustubhkulkarni5942 it's a smiling face :) :D the mouth is open
waste of time, what does this data mean? How did you correlate to other known strength?
Digital test hammer can show results, but the price is higher .
