    This graph is the fabrication graph obtained in high class concretes and does not give real results in the job siteield. Instead, you should calibrate with the cube according to DIN 1045 and find the rebound value of the mpa according to the formula x and y from the trend line curve.

    sir the load used by u is fixed...its the load that need plunger to spring back ...is it the hardness value?? what about the impact made by plunger on concrete column.??

    If you were to read EN 12504-2, you would find out that you need to do a minimum of 9 readings in a 300 mm by 300 mm square area. One would determine the rebound number R by the average of the readings. Outliers are tossed if more than +6 or -6 of R. Then reaverage. If more than 20% of the readings are outside, then the test to be redone. Also, a point is discarded if it crushed or broke through a near surface void. I also point out to read Notes 1 and 2 of the Scope whereby the Rebound hammer is to confirm the uniformity of the concrete and can only provide an estimate of strength. Do not believe the manufacturer's curves - site specific ones, as others have noted, need to be developed.

      Depend upon what grade of concrete you use. For columns minimum of M-25 we should use.

    सर हमने जमिन के निचे के जो कालम है ऊसुर तिन दिन पाणी डाला और गड्डे मिट्टी से भर दिये कालम निचे पाच फिटहै ऊस पर बिसदिन और पाणी डाला लेकीन पाणी कम डाला तो पाणीसे गड्डे मे मिट्टी तिन फिट गिल्ली हूई और निचे कालम का रहा दोफिट हिस्सा गिल्ला नही हूआ तो क्या पांचमेसे तिन फिट गिल्ला हूआ और निचे का दोफिट हिस्सा गिल्ला नही हूआ तो क्या आपका को क्या लगता है कितना मजबूत होगा कालम हमे यह बात बिस दिन बाद पता चली तब हमने और पाणी डालके उसे क्योरींग कि थी आपका तजूरबा है क्या कहता है आपको क्या लगताहै

    This does not make any logical sense to me. If I would press the hammer against a steel coloumn. It would show the same reading.
