      It's not advisable for 1st 2-3 days.. Give them home made light to digest food only.. 🙂🙏

      Ohk.. first of all drink lots & lots of water/Narial Pani/Nimbu pani/Butter milk..
      Eat water based fruits..
      Lots of curd..
      You can have rice & moong daal or boiled mung or mungdaal chilla(Recipe is there on this channel),suji chilla & such light food only..
      Don't eat roti or dosa(fermented food)..
