- Today I'll try to get my revenge and show you a unique, quicker and also delicious way of cooking wagyu beef ribs! This way of cooking ribs has been a tradition in Latin America for centuries and for some weird reason it is not popular here at all and that is why I wanted to show you this different and amazing way of cooking beef ribs! For that, I was able to find these amazingly beautiful wagyu beef ribs in a supermarket near me called Broward Meat and Fish and as soon I saw them I realized I had to cook them! The marbling and size of these ribs are exactly the types you know you won't find every day.
I truly hope you enjoy this video as much as we did. Like and subscribe for more!

Great Video & Nemesis Defeated!
This looks fantastic!
That was just AMAZING brother! 😀😀😀
First time I post...tremendas costillas! I don’t know why I thought you were south. Didn’t occur to me you were in Broward.
Outstanding job on that, I’ll try it on my Weber. I guess it’ll be low indirect heat.
Excelente trabajo! Sigue así!
Ya nailed those beef ribs Brother! Cooked perfectly 👌 love that style of cooking! Thanks for sharing, have yourself a great one, you all stay safe!👍👊🍻
Thank you so much brother! That was so DEEELICIOUS!!! 😀😀😀
I like that you brought your friends to taste the meal.
I have got to try that!

Ninja you always make me go hungry 😋
HAHAHA Thank you Ashwin!! 😀
The marbling on the beef ribs looked amazing.
I'm sure they tasted deeeeeelicousss.
Look at their face with the spiciness of the peppers. I know it's delicious but they may not eat that spicy. Love your channel.
Nice! I love beef ribs! Was that yellow fruit cut 1st a dragon or passion fruit?
never knew wagyu ribs existed and they look amazing
Notification squad in the house!! About to start my home workout here 💪😅
Oh man! You would be 10 times stronger it you eat those ribs! 😀😀😀😀
How did I miss this one?!?
I would also like to be your guest and try such delicious food 👍👍👍
Were those Short rubs? The multiple bones said so? Not rib bones? Here in Tennessee, smoked beef ribs are quite popular. Still, your recipe looks wonderful, and as always your mastery with the vegetables/condiments are first class all the way.
Those ribs are popular here but it just depends on what city and state your in. Usually in Filipino or Korean areas (southern cali) they are everywhere. (Asian supermarkets/non Japanese) Usually they are slice thin through the bones (3 bones per slice) it takes a marinade good and cooks for a 10 min. You can always find them uncut too, just gotta ask. Cooking them whole as you did here is fun as well. 👍
You should collab w/Guga
que guapo eses ribs! pidiendo dos vídeos: una receta de corazón de pollo y una comparación dentre ribs ahumados y hechos en la parrilla. Gracias! Buen vídeo!
Ninja you should make an Oyster steak video.
You forgot to post the salsa recipe ;)! Looks great.
Ok the music gave me Disney vibes for some reason 😂😂😂 amazing cook ninja!!!
HAHAHA Love it! Thank you so much! 😀😀
The guy on the left obviously couldnt chew it and swallow, so hes keeping it in his cheeks to spit out later. I know that sign. The infamous chewy part that you have to store in your mouth because you're too embarrassed to spit it out there and then.
Que amigos tan guapos! Y las costillas deliciosas. Ya me provocaron. Somo vecinos así que iré al supermercado a buscar la carne...
Hey Ninja why when you cook picanha in steaks at a low temperature it gets tough?
When can i come over for dinner!!!!? Lol
Hey ninja, great video, looks awesome brother....if you don’t mind me asking, how much was that piece of meat? I live in west palm so maybe I’ll take a ride down south if the price is right!! Thanks ninja!!
I dont remember very well but it was not too expensive... I will say about a little more than $30 I think it was $40 total!! 😀
Cook a Sugarsteak from Bastien's, a steakhouse in Colorado. Compare a sugarsteak to salt steak! I know Bastien's sugarsteaks are awesome but, are they Delicious?
Never heard of it! I’ll check them out! 😀 thanks for the tip!
I actually got short ribs at that looked like this, then the next week I got super lean ones 😅
Did I miss the temperature you grilled those ribs...?
Deeeeeeeeeeeeelicious
For those that would like a smokier flavor using a smoked salt would always be an option.
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I love beef ribs but I can't have a grill in a condo... stuck either cooking them in the oven or pan frying them if they're cut thin
An air fryer oven and liquid smoke is the closet thing I’ve come to a wood fire grill taste in my apartment.
How would you do this on a regular grill? Seems like it'd be hard to control the heat without the lift of the Argentinian style grill. Also, do you cook it to the same temperature as smoked?
Same way as I did it here. just make sure you can add more charcoal as you need to keep that temp low and that's it! 😀😀
You can make a snake out of your charcoal only lighting the end or the middle, depending on your charcoal structure. Check out snake layouts on You Tube.
Use your air vents on grill to fine tune. I wish I knew the temp he brought those ribs to......
What was the internal temp when they came off? Medium rare or 200+?
Up there around 180 to 200. If you take these full racks to only 130* it will be unedible. The thing with these is that they won't dry put like that and even at those high interal Temps... it will still be pink inside. The key is just like smoking.... take your time getting them up there.vthey are tender and delicious. Low and slow with these things is key. If you want to do them hot and fast get them sliced 3 bones wide. "Kalbi/Korean style) its about a 10 min cook direct with high heat. 🤟👍
The char and colour of those grilled wagyu ribs looked insane especially around the bone.... won’t mind just having that bone meat to gnaw on
Why did u leave sou vide
Now that is very yummy yo and enjoyable plus tender and juicy
Oh brother Jon! That was exquisite! 😀😀😀
@@SaltyTales noice..
