How to Smoke Beef Short Ribs (SRF Wagyu)

Full detailed process on smoking wagyu beef short ribs are in the video. Very simple, use one temperature the entire time. These ribs are from Snake River Farms and were smoked on my Traeger Grill Ironwood 885. Sliced with my Messermeister serrated slicer.
