Love this format, but think you could change it to 2 minutes for a little more breathing room yet still keep it bite-size.... I don't think two minutes has danger of becoming a "but what about six minute abs" problem.
Yeah we have on occasion gone longer. An inside baseball reason is that some other networks have a limit of 1 minute on their videos. We might make longer videos (like 2 mins) for some games that are a bit more complex than this, but we also do a written companion piece that lets us go into more detail for those that want it :).
