- The Beatles' You Never Give Me Your Money-In the studio with The Fab Faux performing live, doing what we do onstage, but in a relaxed environment. Whole performance is available elsewhere on the web. They are accompanied by Tom "Bones" Malone, Tom Timko, Jerry Vivino, John Chudoba, Amy Kimball and Sibel. Joe Chinnici engineered at Sirius Radio courtesy of Howard Stern. Bobby Noonan directed.
This is THE best Beatles cover band IN EXISTENCE. They are perfect.
No, the best coverband is The Analogues, look them up.
@@dickvanmaanen9058 both are very good
@@grant3938 Yes, but The Analogues are really much better!
@@dickvanmaanen9058 i saw the Analogues in Bordeaux. Yes, they are realy good (and very nice gays 🙂) that was a great expérience to ear Abbey Road ! They player other stuff too. Almost 3 hours concert, very generous
count Basie theater in red bank New Jersey 2019. They were the absolute best Beatles cover band ever! They are superb musicians and artists ❤️❤️❤️and ✌️ fantastic show!!!
I simply fell in love with this group the very first time I heard their music....Aloha from Hawaii!!
Flawless......World class musicians.
You guys are absolutely brilliant and faultless
They are great to play the music of The Beatles, my respect for their band. Greetings from Cancun México
This must have ben hard as shit to do. It took four singers here to what Paul himself did with his the vocal range he's got.
its easy, was hard back when beatles did it
Go see them in concert, fabulous. The coolest guys around!!
Amazing musicianship. No one plays The Beatles better than these guys.
Yes, The Analogues from The Netherlands!
wow..Beach Boy Harmonies and a Beatles tune..fantastic!!
Beautiful.. brilliantly so!
What a relief from the many look-alike Beatles tribute bands. After the first 15 seconds of this song I relaxed into a super listening groove, and realized that I much prefer a sound-alike ban to those ones where they mock/mimic The Beatles.
Cheers to such a talented group. I hope that Paul & Ringo enjoyed this as much as I did!
The best performance of Beatle music by anyone other than the Beatles themselves. You are all obviously huge Beatle fans. I would love to hear what Paul and Ringo think of this video. I bet they would love it.
Fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bass players technique is awesome! This whole thing rocks big time!
Yes the bass player is Will Lee good!!!!!
these guys do a fantastic job ....... keep keepin it - UP!
and this goes to show all ...... how utterly amazing the BEATLES were at their art!
I think anyone should be impressed with this. It's just friggin great on every level.
Never seen something so incredible in my life before................simply amazing!
Best Beatle cover band ever.
Studa Baker just a cover band.only one Beatles
Incredible musicians putting in incredible performances of incredible music.
Brilliant.
The best reproduction of Beatles music ! Great band !
Rocked my morning! You guys are incredible musicians and vocalists! Thanks so much. :)
What a drummer
What a brilliant cover!!⚘
This is so good!
Jesus!
Bloody fantastic
This is just amazing! I love it. Such immensely talented musicians. The Rickenbacker 4001 is especially impressive
As a rabid Beatles fan I was ready to find fault with any little thing I could, and I was blown away. You guys are flat out amazing. Thank you. Wow.... Absolutely stunning.
Wow...I'm impressed.
These guys ......top notch
I have seen this amazingly talented band play three times and can't wait for the chance to see them again. This magnificent video has been my entertainment for hours now after getting extremely high over the past few months!
When I first heard this I really thought it was just The Beatles playing. I was blown away about how amazing they sound! Unbelievable.
I like that the vocals were shared by different musicians. Also, I’m not really big into covers, although if their intention was to sound like the Beatles, they did a pretty good job.
Wow, what a wicked performance.
simply perfect!!!!!
Holy smokes that was amazing!! Completely flawless its like listening to the LP. Im Blown away...
Good Lord, these fellers are really good! Just amazing!
Awesome!!!
That was bad ass!!!!
Uncle Floyd's Brother. I was Geku ho in 74. Ken's magic shop. Great job
This is flat out the greatest Beatles cover in history, bar none.
Nice. Very enjoyable.
Outstanding.,.
These guys are simply amazing. Such dedication to reproduce every sound as accurately as possible. I really really am blown away by this.
One post said of Fab Faux: "in person ... closest thing to a Beatles concert" and same person (different post) said "audio is pure".
I was lucky enough to see the Beatles (1963, Northampton, England), but all I can really remember fifty years later, is that the audio then was "the opposite of pure", and not just due to those incessant girls (screaming about "the opposite of pure" maybe).
No sir. Sorry Mister Winterland Boy, but this is *much* closer thing than an actual Beatles concert. Superb.
My mind is blown. This is nothing less than incredible. I wish I could find musicians of similar caliber to create a Beatles or Pink Floyd tribute band... Cheers guys.
Absolutely Brilliant Concerted Dedicated Effort!
Sounded damn good to me , great job Fab Faux ........I would pay to see you guys perform any time. Great instrumental coverage and voices amazing for live.
So good
So good ❤
Mind = blown. I've been listening to the Abbey road medley over, and over, and I've always wanted to see how the Beatles played it all in one take (if they did).
Riproduzione perfetta. Complimenti
FABULOUS!!!!!!
Just way too wild, in that I am listening to The Beatles Abbey Road right now, but in my mind's eye, all I can see are the Fab Faux playing this song.
As I had no frame of reference for The Beatles in studio, The Fab Faux have filled that non-existent and now all I can see when I hear Abbey Road is The Fab Faux playing...............stranger than something from the Twilight Zone.............congratulations Fab Faux!
For me, I like them the best. We saw The Fab Four at Disneyland (by complete accident) and they were great, but I don't need the band to put wigs on and have all the costumes and accents. I just like hearing the music well played.
Fantastic! Will Lee (bass) is on more albums than any session bassman...and David Letterman...I had no idea he did this gig too! Simply amazing!
fantastic
Great! Judith
Will...Your making that Rickey sing dude...Jammin Baby Jammin!!!
that's Will Lee. He's a boss
This is the first time I've heard these guys and I'm blown away. All the parts and the tones are dead on, and I'm a musician so I'm very particular! God I wish they needed a girl in the band, that would be a life's wish fulfilled :-)
As an old "knobs man" please lets not forget the engineer ...awesome production!
Amazing musicianship!
THE BEST!!!
Great ❤❤
INSANELY good. Would love to see them live sometime.
Side 2 of Abbey Road. The best album side EVER!
THE BEST YOU NEVER GIVE ME YOUR MONEY EVER
+Vinicius Citero yeah I have to say I enjoy them as much as the Beatles themselves, if not more. Yes I blasphemed.
D Lynn man you need to go to the ear dr I can not believe you said that !please go get the real albums
*Picking jaw up from ground* Dudes, that was completely and unquestionably awesome!! Most covers of Beatles songs are mediocre and sound unlike the Beatles but this was just beautiful. I would pay to see you guys \m/(^.^)\m/
I don't usually make comments on UA-cam vids...but this is just great!! (and I know this album backwards!)....really good to see such dedication, musicianship, and love of the Beatles music...I salute you!!!
perfect
Almost like listening to the real thing. They're that good. Well done, guys !
These guys are great, I recognize Will Lee from the Late Night Band.
Excellent job!
You guys should record your performances and release DVD's. WOWIE-ZOWIE!!
Jim (Fab4Bear)
Go see them in person if you can...it's the closest thing to a Beatles concert you'll see. just incredible .
Wow!
Good comments. I've been told that The Beatles were more of a studio band than a concert band and that they didn't really like doing concerts all that much, hence their leaving the concert scene(mostly) in the late 60's. I love their rooftop "concert" in the film Let It Be. That's a film I hope to own someday. I do have a 16mm film of The Beatles live at Shea stadium. I manage to love it, even though the sound is bad, the screaming girls drown out the Liverpool lads, oh gawd.
No, the Beatles loved performing live. They toured constantly until 1966 and played live more than 2,000 times. They stopped because they could no longer hear themselves playing with all the screaming and mayhem they stirred up. They had very high standards as musicians and felt that they weren't living up to them. Plus they were grown men with wives and families and they wanted more settled lives. Their albums sold well whether they toured or not.
wow! buenisimosss!!!!
@Butown I would agree with you that the Fab Faux sounds better, but The Beatles were the creators of this intimate and magnificent piece of music. The musicianship of the Fab Faux is excellent and at a higher level than that of The Beatles at the time when they made this piece of music.
bravissimi.....
The audio is pure ..and their aim is true.Jimmy,Will ,Rich and the boys ..I take my head off to you(I don't wear a hat ..sorry)
They do some good recreations but give me Paul & his band any day, thanks.
When the guy sings "oh that magic feeling" Oh my GOD. It is like Paul's fucking twin voice!
coooooool great!
The best Beatles coverband is The Analogues.
This was a perfect performance. Was this on the Stern show? Damn I wish that they would come down to Dallas.
Badass
The biggest thing to come out of England since Sliced Beatles.
Has anyone ever heard of The Sliced Beatles?
Who are the Sliced Beatles?
John Politis
Hahahaha sliced down 50% now.....lol
Have you ever watched the movie Velvet Goldmine? That is where the phrase "Sliced Beatles" comes from? Ha Ha Ha! Didn't you know that, you stupid weasel?
I bet you didn't know that Ringo Starr makes an appearance in the Ziggy Stardust Motion Picture directed by D.A. Pennebaker. Hahaha, you stupid weasel!
Glam rock rules! My favorite glam rock bands are Roxy Music, The Spiders, and Holy Holy.
And I am also Jack Fairy, Fairy King, Lady Moonshine, Pantomime Dame, and Pansy Rocker. These are my other personas.
Ta Ta Dear! Tart it up, luv!
The Beatles should have gone glam rock. After all, John Lennon himself said that glam rock is just rock and roll with lipstick on. Even Ringo Starr made a guest appearance in the Ziggy Stardust Motion Picture. Maybe your band should try to be a glam era Bowie tribute band just even once. Why don't you and your band give it a try and try it to do it in style darling? You and your band would look great in drag. You and your band should tart it up and you would look great in makeup in glam and would be androgynous as a drag queen or drag king whatever darling. Do it in style darling. Ta Ta my dear.
I'm so pretty going glam/glitter.
The cluelessness of some of these comments floors me. UA-cam really needs to implement an IQ test before allowing people to post. People who say that they would rather listen to the original Beatles perform this...don't realize that many of the greatest Beatles works, were NEVER performed live by the Beatles...because at the time, it couldn't technically be done! They essentially became an amazing studio band (think Steely Dan).
the drummer has a great voice
@beaconmike A bullet straight to my heart!? Is that you, Mark David Chapman?
@Butown I actually realized that after making my post but didn't know how to delete it lol. The Fab Faux are all amazing for what they do outside of the Fab Faux, I never heard of the Fab Four until a friend showed them to me after I showed him this video. What I don't like about the Fab Four is that they really try to imitate the Beatles. With the Fab Faux, I feel as if they really just enjoy playing music made by The Beatles. The Fab Faux are all accomplished musicians outside of this group.
@rdangelo I get it and agree.
To all the people who find fault with this performance: I am having trouble understanding what you are referring to. Would you please upload a video of YOU performing the sections that you think the Fab Faux is doing wrong. This would be most helpful. Thanks!
Actually, Beatles harmonies XD! Not to say that the beach boys didn't have epic harmonies too, but this is how the Beatles did it.
That guy doing Pauls singing needs to lay off the Doritos :)
MrDcseltzer lol
@SandmanTMB One does not simply be better than the Beatles
holy crap, can they recreate the whole abbey road medley, but the original will always be better
@tetallica im talking about the cover band fab four
In "The Love We Make" Will Lee tells Paul in his dressing room he plays in a "tribute band" called The Fab Faux and that they do all the later, "hard stuff". Paul acted like he hadn't heard of them and went like "Oh yeah?"
