- This week we revisited Darlington Provincial Park for a two night stay. With the extra time I had, I went on a few adventures to discover the wildlife Darlington has to offer at the end of August. I hope you enjoyed the video, if you did consider subscribing for future content!

I shoot at Mclaughlin Bay/Darlington PP all the time. Great spot. Cool seeing someone else exploring its beautiful shoreline. Well done 👏
Something keeps drawing me back there, I’ve never had any crazy success. But it’s just such a fun and beautiful location to explore!
Thank you!
Nice BIF pics !!, its not easy task!
Thank you! I rarely share BIF photos, it’s so difficult to get right haha
Awesome video! I'm really enjoying the provincial park series. I'm jealous haha. I live in a rather densely populated area in Germany, so there aren't many places like that here. The ones we do have are under a lot of regulations and you obviously have to stay on the paths, where you don't come across some of the wildlife typically. Good for the wildlife of course, but I miss exploring and having it feel like an adventure. When I went on a short trip to Sweden once, I was astounded that you could just go ANYwhere in nature and also camp wherever you want. Don't know how that is handled in Canada. So thanks for making this content, through which I can experience this :)
Thank you so much, I’m glad your enjoying the series!
A lot of the places I hike are along well traveled trails. I try not to push off trail too much, in an effort to create less of a footprint in these places I explore. This park in particular actually had a lot of spaces off limits to hikers due to species as risk being rehabilitated there, which is really cool to see!
10:39, sorry im so late but I have been loving your videos, the bird in front is a sandlerling, the three behind it are semipalmated plovers, the 4 behind it are bairds sandpipers or semipalmated sandpipers, they look buffy for bairds but the light could be playing a trick on me, and the last bird is another semipalmated plover. Ive been loving your videos and I would be happy to help if you need more bird ids!
That’s awesome! I’m still improving my birding skills, Merlin ID certainly saves the day haha.
In my next video I got to photograph a lot of different birds and I attempted to ID each one, we will see how that goes. 😅
Thank you for commenting and I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos!
lol Bro I gotta get my video game going. We go to the same type of places only on the other side of the great lakes. We go to lake Erie and hunt for beach glass there. Spotted a Bald Eagle there a while back.
I arguably have more fun making the videos, highly suggested! Thank you for the comments, I’m glad your enjoying the videos.
good
Thank you!
