Flagship fert , yard mastery , will set that on fire..... plus re-ignite it in the spring... and now is the time to do that. well before your 1st hard freeze
That happened with my grass this year. Squirrels and animals dug up all my new PR I planted this spring and it came out great Now it’s all ruined. I’m just doing Kentucky bluegrass from now on.
Your lawn looks pretty good after 1 year. Look into adding some carbon pro to your mix. I think that would go a long way with in a freshly renovated lawn.
Hi Brandon. Just sub'd and went back and watched the progress videos from last year. Nice work! Im on day 14 and feeling pretty defeated. Watching back through your renovation helped. Did you ever need to overseed or did you just let everything fill in?
I forget if I over seeded. I think I did throw some additional seed in the bald patches, but I really haven't noticed any of my overseers to be helpful, even on this new project. Someone commented last year that their lawn really filled in the summer after the fall renovation, and that's exactly what happened here. Baby grass just doesn't fill out like it does when it matures
@ilawn yeah I know, it just takes time. I didn't realize until 1 week before seeding that my lawn gets zero sun in the fall, so it's coming in slower than it should. I get full sun in spring and summer, so it should fill in then.
@El_El_Guapo yeah Fall.shade is a problem in some of my areas, too. It wasn't until pretty late Spring or early summer that it was clear it would fill out.
Glad you are back man! Keep up the good work!

Looks good. I used Ryan Knorr TTTF in my backyard, came out good, but my Fn squirrels ruined it with all the wholes they dug this fall.
I had a bunch of holes too this month, either squirrels or a skunk I saw one night. I guess I'm a way it's an aeration lol

Do a soil test PH is very important. You want a range of 6.0-7.0. If the PH is not in that range the grass will not take up nutrients efficiently
I did a soil test two yrs ago I think, I think pH was in range
