Shes pretty good still, i think the thing that changes is the Break Efficiency, and HMC will need to carry her Super Break effect, could use bronya, sparkle or Asta

Definitely E6 Ruan Mei. Gallagher's basics on break will never do 190k. 60k to 80k is the norm.
