I can hear it as a 25-year-old guy. I *recorded* this video, exported as WAV, analyzed the spectrum, and found that this actually makes the noise of 19000hz.
the easy way to tell is to pause it and see if you still hear anything. It's not very loud to me either, but I guess its not supposed to be since i'm 22, i guess if you have good hearing you can hear it but its just not as piercing as it would be to younger ears
They played this on an episode of Brain Games and said people younger than 20 can hear it. My spouse and I are in our thirties, and I can't hear it but he can!😳
You can't know whether or not you can hear the 19mhz based on this video because that frequency is lost due to youtube compressing the video even in 1080p.

I increased the volume by 50db and looked at the waveform with a parametric equalizer there is static noise across all frequencies but no human would be able to hear it. You're most likely hearing noise via your headphones/pcs lol.

In conclusion, if you can't hear this, there are 2 possible explanations, first, your setup is incorrect, meaning you have a lot of noise around you, and/or your speakers/headphones/headset is damaged. The 2nd possible reason for an inability to hear this, is, simply put, you can't hear this frequency, it's too high for your ears. PS: Don't get mad at me for saying the above, it is just how things stand. Also, now I have a headache...
People saying youtube max is 16000 or 17000 hz I heard this the zzzzz and not the air coming from the speaker and it's not an imagination I can't believe it isn't there

Correct. UA-cam cuts off sound above 16 kHz. Www.onlinetonegenerator.com gives the proper tone, so does one of the sound generator apps.
