My tinnitus was almost gone although it slowly returned at a slightly lower level a few minutes later. I will continue to listen to this as it was so wonderful to not hear that damn constant ringing noise.
I experienced the same with my tinnitus 1 year ago. And do this from time to time just to remind how its without. But im not sure if its maybe even damaging since this is the tone we dont hear anymore well so the brain is producing it if i remember right. But maybe we are on something who knows.
In my school, this is our fire alert. A constant tone of 3000 Hz. I'm a bit scared of fire alerts and do training me twice a school year to prepare for alert training. That's why I'm here... 😅

Is it a negative tone/harmful to the way my brain works and see's the world? I have started listening to 432hz and feel some positing effect of healing to my mind and body but not sure what effect 3370hz is having on me. Any one have a clue?
