LUBA 10000 DIVES INTO 9” DEEP TIRE RUT

I knew that the more would not be able to traverse this tire rut.  it is too wide and it is 9 inches deep so the mower dove into it knows first which of course triggered the front bumper to make it stop. Then the mower did not weigh enough on the wet muddy soil to back itself out of the hole, so this is the first time that it ever got stuck
