I’ve been watching videos on how to make chicken fajitas. You’re the only one who cuts chicken into slices before marinating. Everyone else cooks chicken breast after the marinade. So I’ll predict your chicken fajitas will be a little drier, not as juicy, but they’ll taste better. I think I’ll try it your way, first. Thanks for sharing.
I cracked up when your recipe (on the screen) said 'Black Powder' (instead of black pepper). Black powder is another term for gunpowder, the explosive not the tea! 🤣

Also, no one else added cilantro to recipe. I think it makes sense to cook chicken in batches. Most everyone else crowds the chicken.

You can definitely marinade the whole chicken brest. But i wanted to achieve fajita seasoning in every bite of this dish.
