We are a 4 person MSP who is about to close a deal to replace a 1 person outsourced IT vendor. The client realized having a single point of failure is not an acceptable risk even if “tools” were in place to add technical redundancy. In fact the biggest reason we focus on cloud is to shift even more management risk from us to Microsoft or other cloud vendors. Can you post the blog where you mentioned discussing MSP economics?
