I was front row at one of the shows and Adam Garcia just had the biggest grin on his face the entire time, you could tell that he was really enjoying kicking the water at the audience. Absolutely fantastic cast and show. Thank you for uploading this!!

I like how he sticks to the classic version, probably also a director behind it but puts his own spin into singing and dancing. Just enough to distinguish him from other performers.
Not sure if its just this video but he looks a little awkward with his dancing... The guy who played Cosmo (Jack Chambers I think...) has much more expression in his singing and fluency in his dancing. Never got to see Garcia though cos he's injured so Im not sure what it looks like live.
I’m sorry , but if you had seen and heard Gene Kelly’s original performance of this of song , you wouldn’t want to watch nor hear from another one . Every one else’s performance is just a very poor one and an inferior version . Gene Kelly’s production number from the movie is now iconic and legendary and no one else’s can equal it , let alone top it .
Nope. While this was nice... dare I say: TOO MUCH RAIN. He's not supposed to be sopping... his pant legs were... well, too much rain. And.. too many passersby. It's his number. So.. didn't like it.
Nope. The choreography is so contrived. Compare this to the original-it looks more natural, like Gene Kelly’s character really is that tickled and he’s playing around in the rain. That’s the difference: Gene made this look effortless. As for this guy here? God knows why he’s going around, terrorizing passerby, allowing himself to get upstaged by his own umbrella by holding it up IN FRONT OF HIS OWN FACE, right off, and hurrying to street lamps to hang off them.

i think the awkwardness you're seeing is perhaps in that he looks a bit heavy here
