its my favorite quad in my fleet. my 5 inch has been collecting dust since i bought the F4.. The real gem is the Customer Service!!! iFlight has better customer service than DJI, other fvp companies don't even come close! I'm taking Top Tier Customer service! My axisflying quads stay down for months until i find custom repair solutions because the customer service at axis is non existent. They only sometime reply from the sales email, and they never ever reply from their service email. You are truly on your own, no spare parts, nothing. I have two axis quads i bought at the same time but if I knew how bad their customer service was, I would've avoided them completely.
@@BooFPV tbf better customer service than dji isnt that hard :D normally i build and repair my drone myself and yes your are right if you only consider prebuild fpv drones the iflight ones are at the top maybe slightly behind geprc
yup i heard geprc is pretty good too.. the mark 5.. I'm not that into repairing and building, just flying so customer service is wicked important. I could do simple repairs that are plug and play but my soldering skills suck, I'm more likely to damage my quad further if I were to attempt a serious repair. @@bluefpv3263 p.s. i hate to thrash on axisflying, i will say that my Manta 5 DC is a beast, and imo flies/handles better than any Nazgul. The F4 is just a bit more practical to take out.
ive been flying mostly 4" freestyle and chase rigs . best power to weight and runtime . my 4" are apex .4s with 1505 3700kv freestyle and 2203.5 3600v for chase rig , 03 onboard is smooth i think with 48kz , 1300mah 4s get 5-7mins freestyle also can wack on a 21700 li-ion pack and get 15-20min flights.
congratulations for the review and for how you fly! You're very nice and it's fun to watch your videos... one question in what fashion do you fly? mode 2?
haha I have the manta and just got the f4 today but haven't flown it yet. The manta is definitely nice though! I put a 1500 mah lipo on it and did 110 mph and it could probably go faster.
I had the same question.. went with the F4 and couldn't be happier. I have the Manta 5 and the cinieonc20, the customer service at axisflying is atrocious, as in non existing.. iFlight is top tier customer service and my iflight drones are always in flying condition because of it. my Cineonc20 is currently down and I can't get any parts from axis. My F4 is my favorite quad and if I had to pick one it would be it. Perfect really.
foxeer makes nice, affordable stuff..however if not iflight then i would go with something by geprc. Those two companies will be around for a while. Unless of course you are someone who likes to build and repair drones on your own, then I would consider foxeer, but axisflying is better in terms of build quality and performance. their customer service is the only bummer, their quads are amazing. my manta 5 dc comes with 2406 motors and gets over 5 - 6 min flight time on a 1300 mah 6s battery..insane power, done efficiently. @@P0CZWAR
Yes bigger companies like IFLIGHT are the best in terms of customer service, geprc always makes good stuff, axisflying is growing and their stuff is good too, but the smaller the worse customer service usually
Expo to the rates settings, it makes the movement near the center of the stick slower so you have more control, at the same time at the end of the stick will be faster, so you will still be able to react fast, I use thumbs and like 0.3/0.4 expo depending on the drone type and rates, try it!
Hold on if you are not running a GoPro, where are you getting the motor sound ? I really wish I had the motor sound in my recordings, but I only use the 03 system in all three of my drones. Well, my DJI drone has the 04 always wanted motor sound and it doesn’t sound like anybody else really cares much about it because they use GoPro, and they rarely use the sound anyway, but I would love to hear it in my goggles and I would love to hear it in my recordings.
It looks like the DC version also flies just as fast? If so, I might get the DC version, since I already have a 5-inch X Frame. It would be nice to film cinematically at very high speeds, too.
if you want to fly at high speed the dc version doesnt give you any benefits since you will fly high cam angle anyway which means the props arent in view for the action cam
Hey rimzler I have recently bought all the components for this drone because I don’t use dji, I couldn’t find the pid tune ANYWHERE I was wondering if you could possibly help me get a hold of it would greatly appreciate it!
Total comsumed power shows 540mAh when landing. This is weird for the new 1300mAh battery...either battery is bad or drone doesn't measure current properly...
Putting the escs at 48khz seems to really solve the O3 gyro noise issue, do you have any other solution in mind? Maybe the motors I have are not final tho
i had the same issues and solutions with my aos3.5 from iflight. not was i expect from a b&f copter! Or we are the only two persons on this planet, who try to stabilize our footage with a freestyle copter ;-)
yo Rimzler! did you have no problems connecting to bheli32 to change the pwn freq? bheli32 won't recognize my esc. I'm a noob but the esc product page claims bheli32 firmware, am I missing something? 😱
@@BeautyBeastRCit’s not BLHeli_32 it’s BLHeli_S it also has Bluejay loaded onto the ESC from factory. So either use BLHeli_S or I would suggest just using Bluejay then you can change all 4 ESC (motors) to 48kHz. I had the same issues I was getting too much noise and unable to smooth out my footage in gyroflow, not real good for a factory BNF 🤷🏻♂️
@explorerfpv ahh I ended up figuring it out but it's crazy. They say bheli 32 on the website. I'm pretty new so I don't know any better but I thought only older stuff used s and blue Jay.

I'd say it's more like 50%. Gopro 120fps 4k superview, locked exposure, flat color, 10 bit, shapening low, with LABS high bitrate, and denoising off can't be touched by DJI at the moment. @@Rimzler
Depends what you need, domain 3.6 is more agile than nazgul 4 inch, nazgul comes in deadcat and domain comes in 4.2 inch, so at that point they will be super similar
F4.. I have two axis quads, one is currently down and i cant get any parts for it. The customer service at axisflying is absolute shit. iFlight customer service is better than Dji, Top Tier shit. My iflight quads are never down for more than a few days.. my axis quads stay down for months and I have to go the custom route each time to fix and repair since you can't get anything from the manufacturer, it's awful.
That's a very good insight, never tried customer service but yeah iflight ships super fast and is a much bigger company, also has European warehouse and repair center!
7:18 you should build a nice big FPV Wing, sit on your roof and fly out to that mountain.
I've been thinking about it for about 10 years, the day will eventually come😂😂
I'm a big fan of the 6s F4. That thing is a blast to freestyle and feels great
wait until you fly a good frame :D the nazgul frame isnt the best frame tbh
