Great pieces and a very nice paint job!!! I especially like the three battleships from shape ways. At 18:00 you talk about the Focke-Wulf Fw 190, better known as the Butcher Bird. It deserves its place on the Axis & Allies map due to the huge numbers that were produced. While roughly 33.000 Messerschmitts Bf-109 were built, 19.500 Fw-190 left German production lines and first came into service in 1941. The Messerschmitt Bf-109 is iconic for the Battle of Britain and was used during the entire war.
Thanks so much Henrik! Too bad the lighting is not so good. With different shades of gray it is tough to show on camera. But in person the subtle dry brushing techniques pop out the details. Am going back to each country and applying subtle details to all units as I figure out something neat.
Thanks my friend! I have certainly learned a ton this far and can’t wait to show the Japanese and US!!! And that is it.... well until I buy more pieces and have to add them to my setup LOL
@@mdt260 thanks MT! Never thought I would get this far into painting BUT you know..... it is enjoyable TBH and is fun trying to trick the “eye” much like how I have figured out in photoshop with painting electronically
Hey PK.. thanks for stopping by. Here is a link to how I created my flight stands. I love them... small profile and adds a small touch of realism when you place the aircraft on them as they will sit on them slighlty differently since there are no magnets on them. However, I do add magnets to the flight stands for bombers since they are much bigger. >> ua-cam.com/video/RotzkE7M-kA/v-deo.html

Amazing units. Love the variety of sculptures (I did that with mine). Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Thanks Hambone! You haven’t done any videos on your pieces in such a long time. What happened? Would love to see yours
Nice work Lt. Dan! Drybrushing the black would help the pieces stand out. Planes look great. :)
Yes! I just did that today on them with a light grey and wow 🤩. I should have waited on the video. Now the navy and tanks pop
Great painted pieces! Like that tactical bombers the most!

Thanks Lt. Dan for sharing these. I love seeing others painted pieces, and hearing how they achieved what that did!
