16mm Accucraft Large Quarry Hunslet - Live Steam

This superb loco is seen here at half its actual speed as the loco is manual and with a heavy load of Binnie skips filled with concrete needed quite a bit of regulator to cope with the gradients. This made the clips too fast for a relaxing video! It had just been fitted with a Summerlands Chuffer, which gives a soft, but distinctive chuff that sounds deeper at half speed. After filming, the loco was much cleaner than with the open exhaust, which sprays oil liberally over the loco.
