I'm super late to this video but what I see in the 30 day before and after is that it looks like you slimmed down under your chin quite a bit. Your cheeks look fuller and you have less of a pronounced line from your nose to your lips. I think perhaps having fuller cheeks may have something to do with pulling the skin up. I don't know if this has anything to do with the exercises but your complexion looks healthier after the 30 days too! I think you did a great job committing to and giving us an honest review. I just bought some jaw exercisers recently (still waiting on them) but I've been really wanting to see honest reviews of these gadgets. Thank you for putting yourself out there!
@vedantsharma1493 I haven't been doing any particular number of reps but I had shot for times not all at once either, I go in intervals, but anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour a day. 15 minutes when I'm really sore and an 1 hour if I'm feeling really good! We can do this!
You're supposed to chew with it between your molars, and not your front teeth. It's not good for your front teeth, either, as chewing with your front teeth could crack or loosen them.
your cheeks are definitely higher and more sculpted. If you notice as the days passed your turkey neck diminished. Play it and watch again. Then of course your jaw is more chiseled. I can't wait to see what this will do to my weak side of my assymetrical jaw. This is a great invention.

The ONLY difference I see is a slight reversal of gravity. That area of skin under the chin that starts to sag as we get older seemes to have tightened up a bit. But thats it as far as I can see.
I do see improvement but you didn't use it properly. You use your back molars one on each side and you bite down till you feel adequate resistance and hold for 10 seconds. Pause a little and continue for 5-10 min. 3 days per week.

But you're doing it wrong you really wanna use your molars, the ones that came out first like jawsercise that use front teeth or canines actually harmed people's teeth. Not good for your teeth to do them up front that's why they started making ones for use on your back molars and you're supposed to use 2 at a time. Despite all that though your profile dramatically improved. You can't see it because it's you but to an outsider the difference is impressive.

If you you didn't adjust the filters on your camera there's a significant difference. You have less wrinkles and the chin area looks better
