I tried this today with Panteen conditioner. I left conditioner on my hair for about 30 minutes and then washed with normal tap water . Results are good as my hair are softer and smoother than before .Shadeed jharuu baal han is lia conditioner say bi bhut zada farq ni para..ends say uray uray phatay vay hi han but overall I like it and would love to do it again .Hair fall bhut zada ni hui wash karty waqt and I am reviewing this after 1 hour of washing my hair.

Cover with a shopper. Wash after 40 mins. Don't shampoo afterwards for 2 days. Conditioner doesn't cause hairfall if applied to length. Trim hair after 3 months. Always oil hair before shampooing. Can do this method once a month.

Protein treatment is nothing just conditioner with straightner.
This technique can be an alternative and provides some relief to dry hair.
Keratin and protein treatment should be avoided as they can damage hair in long run.
Method :-
Take any conditioner of ur choice. Dampen hair and apply all over leaving one inch from scalp. Cover with a shopper. Wash after 40 mins. Don't shampoo afterwards for 2 days.
Conditioner doesn't cause hairfall if applied to length.
Trim hair after 3 months.
Always oil hair before shampooing.
Can do this method once a month.

Okay so I tried it today.
My hair is veryyy thick and rough. So it always look like bomb phatha hua he.. after using it, jis din wash kiya us din to itna result nai dikha but 1 din bd i was shocked! My hair became soft n smooth. Its better not to shampoo your hair for 2days.. I'm going to do this every month now. Thanks❤
